Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the website and the customer is informed of the amount before confirming their order.

We offer two types of delivery for receiving the products purchased on our site. You can choose the one that best suits your needs.

Standard Delivery:
A PAYABLE service (£4.90), delivered within 10 to 30 working days.
Delivery from Monday to Friday during business hours.
Select “Standard Delivery” when confirming the order.
Orders placed before 12 p.m. from Monday to Friday will be processed the same day.
Free Delivery:
A FREE service for purchases above a certain amount. For any purchase over £50, we offer delivery within 7 to 40 working days.
Free delivery is automatically provided when validating the order if the total amount of products in the basket is at least £50.
*Orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days.

Please note:
Our aim is to deliver within the above timescales. However, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to the local public holidays of carriers.

We are unable to change the delivery address for orders after the order confirmation.
If no one is present at the indicated delivery address to take delivery of the products, the carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox.
The ownership and the risk of loss of your products are transferred to you upon delivery.

RETURNS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In some situations, only partial refunds are granted (where applicable):
Jewellery, clothing showing obvious signs of wear
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, as part of an online purchase made on the website, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the ordered product(s) to exercise their right of withdrawal from life-mandala.com, without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty. If the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, it is extended to the first following working day.

In the case of an order containing several products, this 14-day period expires from the receipt of the last product.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the purchased product(s) and the shipping costs will be refunded, with the return costs being the responsibility of the customer.

For a return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The return must be in its original and complete state (packaging, accessories, instructions) using the same packaging as that used during the sending to enable its re-marketing.

Proof of purchase, a copy of the invoice or delivery note must also accompany the return for better management.

In accordance with current provisions (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Audio or video recordings or computer software that have been unsealed after delivery,
Delivery of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons;
Delivery of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts to these publications;
In some situations, only partial refunds are granted (where applicable).
Jewellery, clothing with obvious signs of wear.
All items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The customer exercises their right of withdrawal directly with {your site name} by using the standard withdrawal form available on the website on one hand and as an attachment in the order confirmation email on the other.

They may also exercise their right of withdrawal by sending an email to contact@life-mandala.com specifying the subject of their request, their name and surname, their order number, their address, the date of their order and clearly expressing their wish to withdraw.

After sending the withdrawal form or the notice of withdrawal to life-mandala.com, the customer must return a tracking number and the product(s) to life-mandala.com within a reasonable period, but no later than 14 days after the customer’s decision to withdraw.

life-mandala.com will refund the sums paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days from the date on which the right was exercised, using the same means of payment as that used for the transaction. This refund date may be postponed until the product is received.
