For about forty years, the Seed of Life has intrigued and sparked a lot of interest. In 1999, Drunvalo Melchizedek published a two-volume book entitled “The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life”, which is the most comprehensive book to date on this subject. Definition and Origins of the Seed of Life:

The Seed of Life is a very ancient geometric symbol. It has been found on several ancient monuments in various parts of the world. The oldest known representation of the “overlapping circles” pattern dates back to the 7th or 6th century BC and was found on the threshold of the palace of the Assyrian king Ashurbanipal in Dur Sharrukin (now in the Louvre Museum). Another pattern was also found drawn on the granite columns of the Temple of Osiris in Abydos, Egypt; it is a drawing with five patterns of 19 overlapping circles. It consists of 19 regularly spaced circles that symmetrically overlap each other.

It is the light body of the human being. In his book, Drunvalo Melchizedek explains the origin of this word. In Hebrew, Mer-Ka-Vah literally means “God’s throne” and “chariot” or “chariot”.
